WHERE IS THE MARKET LOCATED?
This is an outdoor market located at 2260 W County HWY 30A, Blue Mountain Beach, FL 32459
In the parking lot of the Cowgirl Collective development which includes: a restaurant (Cowgirl Kitchen), outdoor cocktail bar (Boxcar Annie), a catering company (Southern Belle Catering), a monthly vintage market (The Round Up), a monthly event menu (Saddle Supper Club).
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BE A VENDOR?
Spaces are assigned on a first come first serve basis.
One 10 x 10 Space: $75
5 x 5 space: $45

WHAT TIME IS SET UP AND BREAK DOWN?
The event starts at 10am and ends at 4pm
Setup begins at 7am
Breakdown begins at 4:15pm
WHAT IF THE EVENT CANCELS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER?
If the event is postponed due to inclement weather, vendor will be credited for the next event. If vendor is not able to attend the next event, there will be no refunds.
WHAT SHOULD WE KNOW ABOUT 30A?
30A is known as “The Hamptons of the South”, which consist of small beach towns, white sand beaches, beautiful emerald waters, coastal dune lakes and coastal forests. 30A has 5.3 millon vistors with an average of 18,544 residents.
WHAT IS THE VENDOR RESPONSIBLE TO BRING?
Vendors who purchase a 10 x 10 space are responsible for their own 10 x 10 tent, tables, and chairs. Vendors who purchase a 5 x 5 space are responsible for their own 5 x 5 tent or umbrella, tables and chairs.
Electrical outlets are NOT provided.
POS System to collect your own sales and sales tax.
*CC will not be responsible for collecting any vendors sales transactions or sales tax.

WHO CAN ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?
The Event Manager will be on-site to answer any questions.
